Nine-time World Rally Championship SÃ©bastien Loeb set the third fastest time 1.307 ahead young Russian driver (Ford) who came fourth. Loeb's team mate Mikko Hirvonen was fifth quickest 1.606 seconds ahead of Estonia's Ott Tanak (Ford) and Adapta World Rally Team Mads Ostberg (Ford). WRC Team MINI Portugal driver Chris Atkinson set the eight time followed by Czech driver Martin Prokop and Qatar World Rally Team's Thierry Neuville on his Citroen DS3 WRC. Brazilian Paulo Nobre didn't complete the Qualifying Stage as he crashed his MINI John Cooper Works WRC. " />
